This series is designed specifically for the woman over 50 - In this four week series you will:

⦁ learn the fundamentals of Yoga

⦁ breathing and alignment in elemental versions of the poses

⦁ learn modifications to adjust to YOUR body’s needs

⦁ explore postures and techniques to support the limitations of arthritis, osteoporosis, symptoms of menopause, urinary symptoms and chronic pain

⦁ gain the knowledge that will help you feel comfortable and safe walking into any drop in level one or all levels yoga class
